Well... this blog was supposed to be only about books but what can I say??? I LOVE manga XD

Anyway going through some sites I saw that Keiko Suenobu, the famous manga creator of Life (ライフ), will launch a new series called Limit (リミット) in the next issue of Bessatsu Friend, on October 13. The story follows what happens to the tranquil school life of a group of female classmates when a certain "incident" changes their lives. The first installment will have 89 pages with a color opening.

Well guys from what I see this is going to be another series full of drama, tragedy and bullying. We all know how good Suenobu-sensei is with these themes.

Carolyn Crane posted the cover of her novel Mind Games, due for release Marck 23, 2010. According to Carolyn, Mind Games is the first in an urban fantasy trilogy about a hypochondriac who joins a psychological hit squad. It takes place in a fantastical Milwaukee/Chicago.

Today I decided to visit Melissa Marr livejournal to see what is new and when I was going through the entries I saw that Wicked Lovely is going to be made into a movie.
The movie is being produced by Universal and Wild West Picture Show Productions and adapted by Caroline Thompson.

I have to say that I have love-hate relationship with movies that are based in books that I read and really liked, truth to be told I always find them lacking.
